About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at our private country club. Our facility includes a full-service restaurant, seasonal pool service, and banquet/event spaces that host weddings, golf outings, corporate events, and member functions.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and experienced in high-volume hospitality environments while maintaining exceptional service standards for members and guests.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
· Provide excellent customer service in the restaurant, bar, pool, and banquet areas
· Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
· Verify guest age requirements and follow all liquor laws and responsible serving practices
· Take food and beverage orders as needed and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
· Handle member charges accurately
· Assist with banquet and private event bar service
· Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies throughout shifts
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health regulations
· Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and event staff
· Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests
Qualifications
· Previous bartending experience preferred
· Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
· Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
· BASSET/TIPS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
