DescriptionGreenskeeper Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX Pay: $16.50/hour Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Position Overview The Greenskeeper supports daily golf course maintenance to ensure high-quality playing conditions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining landscapes to professional standards. Key Responsibilities Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas Maintain bunkers, cart paths, and landscaping details to established standards Perform routine course care, including cleaning debris, repairing divots, and replacing flags and towels Monitor and maintain equipment, including fuel levels and basic upkeep; report issues promptly Assist with course projects such as soil preparation, sod installation, and seeding Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the Agronomy team Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team Basic knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly Benefits (Full-Time) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Housing and transportation assistance (where available) Meal subsidies and employee discounts Access to training and advancement opportunities Jardinero (Greenskeeper) Ubicación: Horseshoe Bay, TX Salario: $16.50 por hora Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo (presencial) Resumen del puesto El jardinero es responsable del mantenimiento del campo de golf para garantizar condiciones óptimas de juego.
