This seasonal position plays an important role in enhancing the member experience by maintaining a well-stocked beverage cart, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring responsible alcohol service at all times. Primary Responsibilities: Drive the beverage cart safely throughout the golf course to serve members and guests Sell and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as prepackaged snacks Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service at all times Check identification to verify legal drinking age and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines Maintain proper cash handling and accurately record all sales using the club's pointofsale system Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after each shift Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed throughout the day Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards Communicate effectively with the golf shop and clubhouse staff regarding member needs and course activity Assist with light setup, breakdown, and closing duties at the end of each shift Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred Ability to operate a golf cart safely and responsibly Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of service Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance Certifications: BASSET Certification Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 3040 pounds (coolers, beverages, and supplies) Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching Schedule Expectations: Seasonal employment Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf hours Flexible scheduling based on weather and course activity Additional Notes: This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fast-paced golf environment.
