What You'll Do
Retail & Merchandising Excellence
Maintain beautiful, sales-driven merchandising displaysAssist members with purchasing decisions and product knowledgeLabel, price, and display newly arrived merchandiseKeep the shop neat, clean, and visually elevatedOrganize and process special orders with accuracyAssist with quarterly inventory counts
Point-of-Sale Operations
Operate and maintain the POS systemProcess purchases and charge guest fees when applicablePrepare end-of-day register close-outsLog and post all transactions accurately and efficiently
Member Experience
Greet members and guests warmly and professionallyAssist with tee times and lesson bookingsCheck in members and guests for appointmentsDeliver exceptional service to members, guests, and team partnersMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
Team Support
Assist with tournament preparation and special eventsAttend departmental meetingsSupport the Director of Golf and Head Golf Pro with projects and daily operations
What You Bring
1+ year of related retail, golf, or hospitality experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented mindset with solid reasoning skillsComfort working with POS systems and standard office equipmentProfessional appearance and positive attitude
Physical Requirements
Standing and moving throughout the dayOccasional kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 45 lbsAbility to operate computers, printers, phones, and related equipment
