Valet - Part Time (Thursday - Sunday)

The Valet/Driver will make the first impression upon our members and guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the Club and local area. The Valet/Driver will provide exceptional service, anticipate member needs and manage all requests with a sense of urgency and will maintain a proactive approach to providing solutions. ****Must have availability Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday**** Good knowledge of the Charleston and surrounding areas Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors. Working as a team, effectively communicating with management and co-workers. Ensure that member and associates areas are maintained in a safe and secure environment. Always being positive, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members. VALET Work with a sense of urgency to provide outstanding service to our members Carefully and respectfully park and retrieve automobiles for our members and guests Run to and from parking areas to retrieve vehicles in a timely manner Assist with door coverage at the club's entrance Assists with opening of car doors and unloading/loading of luggage to ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the valet area. Work outside in all types of weather Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving history. Experience driving in all different weather conditions required. Punctuality is essential. Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands. Neat, well groomed appearance required at all times. Ability to drive a manual transmission a plus. Previous experience as a driver for a hospitality or private organization a plus. Be able to communicate clearly with members and guests. Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, polite and energetic.
