Duties
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items
Maintain a sanitized and organized work area by following proper cleaning procedures
Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup
Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to enhance guest satisfaction
Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during busy service periods
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not mandatory
Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
