Job Description Job Description The Golf Course Mechanic plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing the turf maintenance machinery, irrigation system components, and all equipment used across the golf course. Working as an individual contributor within a cross-functional groundskeeping team, this role ensures equipment operates efficiently and safely during standard daytime hours with availability for on-call emergencies. The mechanic uses a blend of manual and digital diagnostic tools to deliver preventive maintenance and timely repairs. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on turf maintenance machinery and irrigation system components Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using manual and digital tools Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment longevity Replace parts and manage tool inventory effectively Ensure compliance with safety standards during all repairs and maintenance Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed Perform welding, reel grinding, soldering, and other specialized repairs Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in mechanical repair Company Description Semi private Country Club with member services, golf course, events, tennis and pickelball, swimming pool, restaurant.
