CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT Snack Bar Attendant Position Description POSITION SUMMARY The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services from our Golf Course Snack Shack. Compensation is $11 per hour plus earned tips. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED • Previous food and beverage service experience welcomed, but not necessary • High‐energy outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills • Possesses a passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Has a complete and comprehensive knowledge of our snack shack offerings • Accurately records all sales of food and beverages • Greets guest with a warm welcome that includes an introduction and uses the guest’s name whenever possible • Provides continual magical service that takes and fills orders accurately and uses the guest’s name whenever possible. • Ends with a fond farewell that uses the guest’s name whenever possible • Follows all procedures – including opening and closing inventories ‐ for obtaining food, ice, beverages and sundries • Stocks snack shack with food, ice, beverages, supplies • Other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
