The Area Director of Rooms is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for all rooms division operations across three unique Maryland properties. This role oversees front office, reservations, housekeeping, and guest experience, ensuring operational excellence, revenue optimization, and brand consistency across a complex, multi-property environment.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of progressive leadership in Rooms Division or Multi-Property Operations
Experience with boutique hotels and resorts
Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Mews preferred)
Proven ability to manage complex inventory models (rooms + whole-property rentals)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Multi-property or cluster oversight experience
Experience with independent/lifestyle hospitality brands
Background in high-touch guest experience environments
