Many in-house projects have been completed and are slated for later in 2025- 26. Grounds Crew Position Overview: As a Grounds crew team member you will play a vital role in ensuring the impeccable appearance and functionality of our golf course. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, turf management, and overall grounds maintenance to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Grounds Crew Key Responsibilities: Mowing, trimming, and edging the golf course turf using various grounds maintenance equipment.Performing routine maintenance on landscaping tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.Maintain bunkers and other golf areas.Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to maintain the health and appearance of the golf course.Assisting in irrigation system maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.Planting, cultivating, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation on the golf course.Collaborating with the groundskeeping management team to plan and execute landscaping projects.Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during grounds maintenance activities.Grounds Crew Qualifications: Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a golf course setting is desired but not required.Knowledge of turf management practices, irrigation systems, and pest control is a plus.Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.Education and Certification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant certifications in landscaping or turf management are a plus.
