POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Banquet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate banquet events. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for hospitality. The role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in upscale, member-focused environment and takes pride in delivering elevated service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences
• Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, private parties
• Maintain strong relationship with club members and ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, culinary team, and Event Coordinator for seamless event execution
• Supervise events setup service flow, and breakdown
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and revenue goals
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant and/or banquet management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and event planning
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with POS systems and event management software
• Background in hospitality, hotel, or catering environments
