HEAD COOK AND LINE COOKS
Full time/part time experienced Head Cook and Line Cooks to join our team at Newport National Golf Club.
Please have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
Be knowledgeable with the following: fry, sauté, pantry, grill, and ovens.
Nights and weekends are a must. Please have reliable transportation.

- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Food service and handling experience
- Ordering and inventory knowledge a plus
- Culinary background with knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation
