Do you love to cook, but get tired of the rigors of a public restaurant, and making 100 meals every shift? Mankato Golf Club might be just what you are looking for. Our private club's kitchen is dedicated to making delicious and appealing dishes for our membership. We aren't as busy as a public restaurant, but our goals are the same: Keep the diners happy! We are looking for a couple professional Line Cooks who can help prepare meals as per our standard recipes. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating meal portions, cleaning food, cooking meals, keeping a sanitized work area, and other duties as deemed by the Head Chef. We are seeking an individual who has at least 1 year of experience as a Line cook and is committed to impeccable food presentation. This person should be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment, work on their feet for extended periods of time, have excellent verbal communication and great organization skills. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
