<p>30 • Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure. Provide all necessary information. Set the tone for an exceptional golf experience. Clean clubs to CAVU GC service standard and provide fond farewell.</p>

<p>30 • Prep and stage carts for days play and any events or outings. Ensure all carts are clean and staged according to CAVU GC service standards. As golf carts are returned, clean, stock and put on charge for the next day. Store member and guest bags as needed.</p>

<p>10 • Provide world-class service using name recognition when greeting members and guests. Escort members and guests whenever possible.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>10 • Once a member or guest is on property, they should never carry or lift their golf bag. Bags should be unloaded and loaded into cars for all members and guests. Remember how players like their golf bag placed on the golf cart.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>10 • Set Practice Facility and Practice Greens according to CAVU GC standards. Restock and reset as needed throughout the day according to the NGGC business plan. Prepare for any tournaments or member events.</p>

<p>10 • Keep staging area, outside clubhouse area, cart barn area and parking lot free of trash and debris according to CAVU GC service standard.</p>

<p>Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.</p>

<p>Due to the cyclical nature of our industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.</p>

<p>Upon employment, all associates are required to comply with the company’s rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the facilities. Associates who violate the rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.</p>
