What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standardsLead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and serviceCreate and maintain a welcoming, professional, and energetic bar atmosphereTrain, mentor, and support bartenders and bar staffAssist in developing seasonal cocktails, features, and bar offeringsEnsure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standardsMaintain full knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and club offeringsManage bar setup, cleanliness, organization, and inventory levelsMonitor and assist with ordering, stocking, and bar parsAccurately handle payments, tabs, and cash controlsEnsure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelinesCommunicate effectively with service staff, kitchen, and leadership teamAssist with scheduling support, opening/closing duties, and daily operationsHelp drive a fun, engaging, and memorable Member experience
What We’re Looking For
Positive, energetic, and professional attitudeStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPassion for hospitality, service, and craft bartendingPrevious bartending experience required; leadership experience preferredKnowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer trends a plus
