About the Role
Our People First: We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting one another through a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth. Whether you are just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value individuals who take pride in service and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we work hard, have fun, and make a meaningful impact every day.
What Youll Do: As a Server Assistant, you will help keep service moving smoothly so guests receive a polished, timely dining experience. This entry-level role is a strong way to launch your career in hospitality while learning from experienced servers and kitchen teammates. The position involves delivering food and beverages to the correct tables with care and accuracy, communicating clearly with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth pacing, clearing and resetting tables efficiently between courses and seatings, refilling water and assisting with small guest needs during service, and keeping dining areas organized, clean, and ready for the next guest. You will be an essential part of a high-performing service team, helping to coordinate timing between the kitchen and floor, keeping an eye on table readiness, and stepping in wherever extra assistance is needed.
Shift flow starts with clocking in, connecting with the team on reservations and pacing, and preparing the dining room to ensure smooth service. Throughout the shift, you will be actively moving, staying focused, and supporting the team during busy periods. Between rushes, you will restock supplies, maintain a tidy appearance in your section, and help wrap up at the end of the shift by resetting for the next service. This role requires physical stamina as you will be standing and walking for long periods and carrying trays or plates. It is an excellent opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a supportive, dynamic environment, whether you have restaurant experience or are new to the industry. Overall, this position offers a chance to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality field.
