Responsibilities
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep fairways, greens, and surrounding areas in excellent condition
Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules
Use hand tools for planting, aerating soil, removing debris, and general grounds upkeep
Conduct regular lawn care activities like aeration, overseeding, and fertilization to promote healthy turf growth
Assist with landscaping projects by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintaining garden beds
Monitor course conditions daily to identify areas needing repair or special attention and report issues promptly
Experience
Prior experience in the golf course industry, turf management, landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and lawn care techniques is advantageous
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks
Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of gardening principles and landscape aesthetics is a plus

Pay: $21.62 - $26.03 per hour
Work Location: In person
