Our members expect - and deserve - great service delivered with warmth, discretion, and genuine care in an atmosphere of refined elegance.Position Overview Full-time and part-time positions are available in our elegant dining rooms, private dining spaces, and banquet facilities. Servers provide à la carte, banquet, and special event service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly, anticipate needs, and deliver attentive, personalized serviceAccurately take food and beverage orders, including detailed special requests and dietary accommodationsExpertly serve multi-course meals, wine pairings, and beverages with proper fine-dining etiquette and timingCarry trays (up to 8-10 entrees), serve plated meals, and manage tableside preparations when requiredMaintain impeccable table settings, side stations, and dining areas throughout serviceMemorize and articulately describe daily menus, chef specials, wine list highlights, and seasonal offeringsProcess member charges accurately using our POS systemCollaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely serviceAssist with banquet setup, event service, and breakdown as neededPerform opening/closing side work and maintain cleanliness and organizationQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of fine-dining, upscale restaurant, or private club/country club serving experience (required)Proven track record providing exceptional, anticipatory service to high-end clienteleThorough knowledge of fine-dining service sequences, wine service, and food & beverage pairingPolished, professional appearance and impeccable grooming standardsExcellent communication skills with a warm, discreet, and gracious demeanorAbility to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods and special eventsReliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)Alcohol service certification preferred (TIPS, Serv Safe Alcohol, or equivalent)Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift to 40 lbs.What We Offer Highly competitive hourly wage + generous member gratuities (excellent earning potential)Complimentary family meal during shiftsUniform provided - Shirts and ApronsFlexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time or part-timeStaff events, appreciation programs, and positive team environmentOpportunity to grow within a respected, member-focused organizationIf you are a seasoned professional who takes pride in flawless execution and genuine hospitality, we would love to meet you.
