Head Golf Professional

<p><strong>Position Concept:</strong> As a member of the Golf Management Team, the Head Golf Professional will oversee the total golf operation and services offered including the golf shop, golf range, golf services areas and golf car operation. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience”, and provide excellent services and programs for all patrons. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Work at This Facility: </strong>Monroe Golf &amp; Country Club is a semi-private club with an 18 hole Donald Ross designed golf course with a driving range, practice putting/chipping greens and practice bunkers. The club was private for 96 years and is working towards going back to a private facility. This is a hands-on job where the head golf professional will perform and oversee all aspects of the golf operation. This is a great opportunity for a PGA Member/Associate to utilize and enhance their knowledge and experience, while fulfilling a strong sense of purpose. The former Director of Golf is semi-retiring and will be on hand for regular consultation, systems training, and general guidance, as needed. </p>
