Full-Time Seasonal Golf Shop Staff Falcon Lakes Golf Club – Basehor, KS Falcon Lakes Golf Club is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Golf Shop Team Member to join our professional staff for the upcoming season. This role works closely with the Head Golf Professional and is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in golf operations at a busy, customer-focused facility. Position Overview The Golf Shop Team Member plays a key role in daily golf operations, customer service, and tournament support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the game of golf. Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests • Manage tee times, check-ins, and point-of-sale transactions • Assist with daily golf operations and pace-of-play management • Support tournaments, leagues, and outings (setup, scoring, results) • Maintain golf shop organization, merchandising, and inventory • Communicate course conditions, policies, and promotions to guests • Work closely with the golf professional staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications • Strong knowledge of the game of golf • Prior golf course or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable with POS systems and tee sheet software (Golf Genius experience is a plus) • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings • PGA certification not required Schedule & Compensation • Full-time seasonal position (spring through fall) • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Golf privileges and staff discounts included If you’re passionate about golf, enjoy working with people, and want hands-on experience in golf operations, we’d love to hear from you.
