MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Essential Functions (Summary-not limited to): Maintains and repairs Club buildings, equipment and facility systems. Operates heavy equipment, utility vehicles, lifts and maintenance machinery safely. Performs electrical repairs & troubleshooting on lighting, motors and related equipment.
Maintains and repairs pool equipment, pumps, motors, heaters and plumbing systems. Performs carpentry, drywall, painting and general building maintenance projects. Works safely at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding and fall protection equipment.
Completes preventive maintenance tasks to keep facilities & equipment operating properly Communicates effectively with team members, contractors & vendors to support operations. Performs additional tasks as assigned while maintaining a safe, professional & reliable.
