Golf Course Maintenance Crew

Team member would be involved in all aspects of golf course maintenance including mowing, trimming, top dressing, aerating, bunker maintenance, course setup, and all general maintenance associated with grounds. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Precise mowing – greens, tees, fairways and rough.Edging, raking, and other duties including bunker maintenance.Pulling weeds, trimming trees & shrubs.Grounds cleanup on course, including limbs, sticks, trash, etc.Assist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment.Make repairs to irrigation system as needed and learn operation of system.Change cups and tee markers.Trims trees, prunes shrubbery, and cultivates shrubs and flowers.Assist in project work to including but not limited to: construction of greens, tees, and fairways; prepare soil base; lay sod and seed tees, greens and fairwaysAbility to safely and properly operate trucks and motorized equipmentPerform other duties as directed by his/her supervisorQUALIFCATIONS High School Graduate or GED preferred.Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching.Must be able to drive a mechanical vehicle.Position runs from April 20th through the end of November with the possibility for year round employment for the right candidate.
