Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the golf proshop, and club house bar, including sales, inventory management, and customer interactions Lead, supervise, and motivate shop staff to deliver top-tier guest services and maintain high performance standards Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience for all visitors Coordinate with other resort departments to organize events such as tournaments or special outings that enhance guest engagement Maintain accurate report writing related to sales performance, inventory levels, and operational incidents Oversee cash handling procedures, process transactions efficiently, and ensure compliance with financial policies Support the management of retail stock levels and coordinate procurement to meet guest demand Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase shop sales and enhance guest satisfaction Experience Proven management experience in a hospitality or retail environment, preferably within a resort or golf course setting Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience in event management or coordinating special functions such as tournaments or club events Familiarity with report writing related to sales, inventory, and operational activities Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest needs in a service-driven environment Demonstrated ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency Join us as a Golf Proshop Manager to lead with energy and passion!
