Server (with Bartender Cross-Training Opportunity)

Racine Country Club is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our food & beverage team as Servers , with the opportunity to be cross-trained as Bartenders . As a Server at Racine Country Club, you'll be an essential part of our member dining experience—offering exceptional service in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. Once you've mastered the server role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills behind the bar with hands-on bartender training.

Collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food & beverage service
Take accurate food and beverage orders; Anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
Assist with clearing tables, setting up event space, and side work tasks
Follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old (to serve alcohol)
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges, including cross-training as a bartender
Flexible schedule availability, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
12.00/hour + tips after training completed
• $15.00/hour + tips once cross-trained as a bartender

High School Diploma or GED preferred
