Position OverviewAs a Golf Beverage Cart & Grill Attendant, you'll provide outstanding service to golfers and resort guests by preparing and serving food and beverages, operating the beverage cart throughout the course, and assisting with clubhouse grill operations. Your friendly personality and attention to detail will help create a memorable golf experience for every guest.
What You'll DoPrepare and stock the beverage cart prior to daily operationsOperate the beverage cart throughout the golf course while providing exceptional guest serviceServe alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and company policiesPrepare and serve food items from the clubhouse grillMaintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, grill area, and service stationsProcess guest transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) systemHandle cash, credit card transactions, and daily sales reportingMaintain knowledge of golf course amenities, events, and resort offeringsProvide guests with information regarding the golf course, resort, and local attractionsFollow proper golf course etiquette and safety proceduresCommunicate guest feedback and operational concerns to managementAssist with inventory, stocking, and end-of-day closing proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious food service, beverage service, hospitality, golf course, or customer service experience preferredMust meet Missouri age requirements for serving alcoholic beveragesStrong communication and guest service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilitiesComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift, carry, and transport beverage and food suppliesBasic cash handling and computer skillsExperience with POS systems is a plusKnowledge of golf course operations and etiquette is preferred but not requiredPositive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindsetJoin Our TeamIf you enjoy meeting new people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a beautiful golf and resort setting, we'd love to hear from you.
