About the Role
Group Fitness Instructor
Golf Fitness Solutions — Carmichael, CA
Golf Fitness Solutions is looking for a motivated, professional, and coachable Group Fitness Instructor to help lead golf-specific fitness classes for adults and golfers of all levels.
Our clients are not looking for a random bootcamp. They want to move better, feel better, reduce pain, build strength, improve mobility, and keep playing the game they love for as long as possible.
This role is ideal for a trainer or fitness instructor who enjoys working with adults, understands how to coach proper movement, and wants to grow inside a golf-performance-focused training business.
About Golf Fitness Solutions
Golf Fitness Solutions helps golfers improve their bodies so they can improve their game. We work with clients on mobility, strength, balance, stability, rotation, power, recovery, and long-term health.
Our group fitness classes are built around golf-specific movement patterns, but the benefits go far beyond golf: better posture, better balance, more strength, less stiffness, more confidence, and better daily function.
Role Overview
The Group Fitness Instructor will lead station-based group fitness classes designed for golfers and active adults. Classes will include a blend of strength, mobility, stability, balance, rotation, power, and conditioning.
The right person does not need to be a golf expert on day one, but they do need to be a strong coach, a good communicator, and willing to learn our system.
Responsibilities
Lead group fitness classes in a professional, energetic, and safe manner.
Coach clients through station-based workouts with clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications.
Help clients understand the purpose behind the exercises, especially how they relate to better movement, better health, and better golf.
Provide regressions and progressions based on client ability, pain, mobility, confidence, and experience level.
Create a positive, welcoming environment for new and returning clients.
Watch movement quality and help clients avoid exercises that are not appropriate for them.
Communicate client concerns, pain reports, or movement limitations to the lead coach or owner.
Assist with class setup, equipment organization, and room flow.
Support client retention by building relationships and helping members feel seen, coached, and cared for.
Represent Golf Fitness Solutions professionally in person, online, and in the community.
