Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Supervise daily golf operations: Lead day-to-day delivery of the golf experience, including tee time reservations, tournament and event coordination, merchandising, equipment rentals, food & beverage, golf instruction, and player/outside services
• Support financial performance: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and inventory management
• Manage equipment and facility upkeep: Ensure proper maintenance of rental equipment and golf-related facilities
• Step in to support leadership: Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Golf Director/Head Golf Professional
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
