Beverage Comfort Station​/Beverage Cart Attendant

Position: Beverage Comfort Station/ Beverage Cart Attendant We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Beverage Comfort Station Attendants. As a Beverage Comfort Station Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to staff our Comfort Stations, providing beverage service to our golfers and guests. This role is similar to a golf Beverage Cart attendant, but you will remain stationed at a designated Comfort Station instead of moving around the course.REQUIREMENTS:Responsibilities:Set up and maintain the Beverage Comfort Station, ensuring it is well-stocked with beverages, ice, and necessary supplies.Greet and interact with golfers and guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering beverage options and providing exceptional customer service.Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash or credit card transactions.Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and specialty drinks.Ensure that all beverages are served promptly and adhere to quality standards.Monitor and restock inventory as needed, keeping the Comfort Station fully supplied with beverages and supplies throughout the day.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Comfort Station, including keeping counters and equipment clean and sanitized.Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.Collaborate with the golf course staff to coordinate beverage service and ensure a seamless experience for golfers and guests.Provide assistance and information to golfers and guests, answering questions and offering recommendations as needed.Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.Requirements:Applicants must be at least 21+ to apply.Previous experience in a beverage service role is preferred.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and remain stationed at a designated Comfort Station.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as per golf course demands.Knowledge of beverage service and responsible alcohol service guidelines.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/ move beverage supplies.Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.Understanding of golf course etiquette and ability to interact with golfers in a professional manner.ABOUT THE COMPANYAt Pinnacle Golf Club, we are proud to offer a range of dining options that cater to both our members and the general public.
