<p><strong>Instructor Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Independent contractors must:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate professional teaching knowledge and customer-service skills.</li>
<li>Maintain required certifications, continuing education and liability insurance.</li>
<li>Follow Wyndemere CC policies, dress standards and conduct expectations.</li>
<li>Maintain a dependable teaching schedule.</li>
<li>Report directly to the Director of Instruction for all instructional matters.</li>

<p><strong>Lesson Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>All lessons must be scheduled and processed through Wyndemere CC</li>
<li>Wyndemere CC will collect all customer payments.</li>
<li>Contractors will be paid bi-weekly.</li>
<li>Contractors will receive a Form 1099-NEC when required.</li>
<li>Instructional opportunities for Wyndmere members and their guests only.</li>
<li>Lesson prices, packages, discounts and promotions available upon approval.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Facility Fee</strong></p>
<p>The standard Wyndemere facility fee is <strong>25% of lesson revenue</strong> unless a different arrangement is approved in writing.</p>
