Duties
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution and efficiency
Perform routine lawn care including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to promote healthy turf growth
Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, mulching, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
Assist with construction activities related to landscape installation or improvements using appropriate tools and techniques
Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants and ensure proper soil preparation for landscaping projects
Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components and landscape features to identify issues early and implement solutions promptly
Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems and landscaping equipment
Experience working with irrigation systems, lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping techniques
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is highly desirable
Knowledge of horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design goals
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Previous experience in construction or landscape projects is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
