Job Summary We are seeking experienced Golf Course Maintenance and/or Landscape staff to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will help maintain the beauty and playability of our golf courses through hands-on landscape care, turf management, and equipment operation. Your enthusiasm will contribute directly to delivering an exceptional experience for our members while ensuring the course remains pristine and inviting year-round. Duties • Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep the course in top condition • Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to support daily maintenance tasks • Assist with irrigation system setup, adjustments, and repairs to ensure optimal watering schedules • Use hand tools for planting, aerating, overseeding, and other horticultural activities to enhance course aesthetics • Conduct regular inspections of turf health, soil conditions, and landscaping features to identify areas needing attention • Support seasonal landscaping projects and general groundskeeping duties to uphold course standards • Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements • Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals • Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, landscaping techniques, and horticulture principles is a plus • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude • Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods • Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards Physical Requirement and Work Environment: • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position. • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling. • Frequent repetitive motions. • Continuous standing and walking. • Must be able to lift objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
