Pro Shop Attendant
Job Summary of Pro Shop Attendant:
This position supports daily golf shop operations within a private club environment by providing exceptional guest service. The role assists in merchandise management, inventory control, tee sheet coordination, and maintaining a professional, welcoming club environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pro Shop Attendant:
• Monitor and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist golf professionals with golfer check-in and ensure proper pace of play.
• Receive merchandise and follow purchase order procedures accurately.
• Support shop display rotation and maintain organized merchandising areas.
• Maintain an organized stock room and assist in stock management and shop cleanliness.
• Assist with merchandise pricing and inventory counts.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Head Professional.
• Deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations in all interactions.
Qualifications and Experience of Pro Shop Attendant:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in golf shop operations or hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
