Director of Golf Golf Club in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is looking for a Director of Golf. Position Overview: As our Director of Golf & Grounds Maintenance, you’ll be the driving force behind the care, planning, and long-term vision of our golf courses and community grounds. This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise, creativity, and strategic mindset will shape the future of Moss Creek. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate with department heads, and play a key role in maintaining the beauty, playability, and sustainability of our entire community. Requirements • 5–7+ years as a Head Golf Course Superintendent • 5+ years of leadership/management experience • South Carolina pesticide license (required) • Certified Golf Course Superintendent (preferred) • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • A hands-on leader who inspires teams and builds a positive culture • Passion for excellence, innovation, and environmental stewardship Compensation $200,000 – $230,000 per year.
