Rolling Hills Country Club is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Server Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests. This role is responsible for assisting servers and managers with food delivery, table maintenance, guest service support, and overall dining room cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables
Refill water, beverages, bread, and other guest requests as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and patios
Support banquet and club events as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or service items
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
