Position: Golf Cart Attendant Status: Casual (less than 20 hours per week) Department: Golf - Cart Barn Reports to: Cart Barn Supervisor Key Responsibilities: • Provides excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met. • Assists members/guests with loading and unloading golf bags. • Maintains cleanliness of golf carts and golf cart storage area. Requirements: • Minimum 1-3 months of customer service experience. Prior customer service experience at a golf course is preferred. • Must be able to drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 pounds. • Must be a team player with a positive attitude. • Must be available to work mid-morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to use tee sheet/GPS software with training.
