IV. Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of all dishes in the kitchen. Perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Short order cooking simple menu items such as salads, appetizers and desserts.

V. Responsibilities & Duties
Follow Chef’s specifications/recipes/set upAccurately prepare salads, appetizers and desserts in a timely mannerMust keep workstations clean and organized throughout serviceProper rotation of inventory and proper labeling of prepDaily cleanup of station and equipment at the end of every shiftMonitoring basic levels of inventoryMaintain proper inventory par levelsAssist in other areas as neededPerforming basic cleaning tasks as neededCompletion of daily and weekly checklistsAdhere to safety regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHAFollow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook
