The Superintendent will assign, participate, supervise, and follow up on the daily maintenance of the golf course, practice facility, clubhouse landscapes. He/she will develop knowledge and skills in staffing, renovation, irrigation, budgeting etc. while becoming a well-prepared leader to take the next step in their career. Special Requirements: Previous work experience as an Assistant Golf Course or Head Superintendent is preferred. Preferred is either a two or four-year degree/certificate in a turf related field. Ability to perform any task needed to meet course standards. Highly motivated with strong work ethic and a positive can-do spirit. Attention to detail, ability to lead, identify and assign or complete tasks. Good oral and written communication skills with members and staff.
