Position: Greenskeeper (Golf Course Maintenance) Status: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) Department: Grounds Reports to: Golf Course Superintendent/Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Key Responsibilities: • Maintains golf course turf and bunkers. • Levels, rakes, weeds and maintains bunker floors, faces, and edges. • Trims sprinkler heads, tree bases, edges of ditches, boundaries, and fence lines. • Mows curb strips and trims hedges. • Fills irregularities in turf; and hand weeds greens. • Applies fertilizer and pesticide to grass, plants and trees. • Assists with golf course aeration. Qualifications: • Must be able to safely operate landscaping tools, machinery and equipment. • Must be able to work outdoors, stand, and walk for extended periods of times. • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. • Prior golf course maintenance experience preferred. • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
