Executive Sous Chef – Private Club Dining & Events

Trophy Club Country Club seeks an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in all culinary operations at the Trophy Club, TX campus. This full‑time, on‑site role will involve menu planning, recipe development, and overseeing dining experiences including member meals, banquets, and events. You will supervise kitchen staff, coordinate food preparation, and maintain inventory, costs, and safety standards while contributing ideas for seasonal menus and club initiatives.
