Bartenders at Five Iron Golf are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders greet customers with a smile, learn about their preferences, are helpful in answering any questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartenders report directly to the General Manager.Responsibilities include the following:Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly faceExpertise in spirits/beer/wineMaintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar areaDetermine Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendationsManage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is clean and well-stockedCreate fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promosUnderstand all key business functions, including simulator functionalityVerify identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcoholTake pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron GolfRequired Qualifications:Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT requiredUpbeat energy and enthusiasmPositive attitudeAbility to work in a fast paced environment and work with a teamAbility to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of timeAbility to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the locationMeet state minimum age to serve alcoholProficient verbal and oral communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsBenefits (*applies to full-time employees):Health, Dental, and Vision insurance*Long and Short Term Disability*Accident and Critical Illness Insurance*401K *Meals while working are included for freeCompetitive hourly wages + tipsPay: $11.35/hr + tipsJob Type: Non-Exempt, part timeHours: Nights and weekends requiredFive Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
