Grounds Crew Member

Job description: Oliphant Golf Management is currently looking for full-time seasonal grounds crew members at Watertown Country Club. Previous experience in landscaping and small equipment operation is preferred along with general knowledge of golf, but we will train. Good work ethic, dependability and the ability to work well with others is a must, along with dependable transportation and ability to work weekends. Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Schedule: 8-hour shift, weekends as needed. Schedule: • 8 hour shift(7a-2p) • Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: • Watertown, WI 53098 (Required) Work Location: In person Responsibilities • Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and vibrant. • Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrubbery care to enhance aesthetic appeal. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like trimming, edging, and planting. • Conduct routine landscape maintenance including hardscape repairs, gardening chores, and debris removal. Skills • Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and excavators safely. • Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards.
