This is more than a coaching role. We’re looking for someone who can inspire beginners, engage junior golfers, deliver high-energy group programs, and create exceptional guest experiences every day. If you’re passionate about growing the game and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality private and group coaching sessions.
Lead junior development programs, camps, and beginner golf initiatives.
Build relationships with guests and help grow the Academy business.
Actively promote lessons and coaching programs throughout the venue.
Represent Topgolf Dubai with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For
PGA qualification (or equivalent recognised certification).
A passion for coaching golfers of all ages and abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience delivering junior and group coaching programmes is advantageous.
