Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, basic building repairs, and power tools and saws. Skilled in sheetrock, painting, staining, carpet, floor tile replacement and repairs, fence repair, furniture repairs some pool equipment, pool cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed. Basic concrete work (able to use medium and large jack-hammer / electrical concrete mixer). Minor roof and gutter repairs (able to use hot glue gun and seamier) Pool maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and must be able to work independently, follow work place safety, reliable transportation that can get to work, run work related errands as needed. Normal hours will be M-F 8am-4pm with some ability to take weekend and evening calls.
