Compensation: $63,000.00 base salary (With guaranteed annual 3% COLA)
Incentive Track: Eligible for a structured, performance-based quarterly merit and bonus program.

Position Summary
Sims Sportscapes LLC is expanding its premier managed operations team. We are hiring a Senior Field Technician – Irrigation Specialist who expects heavy daily field work. This role requires daily hands-on groundskeeping alongside the crew, while acting as the technical specialist who takes the lead on programming, troubleshooting, and repairing the venue’s massive water delivery networks.
Essential Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Daily Field Labor: Perform active athletic groundskeeping every single day, including field grooming, mechanical edging, and immediate divot/turf restoration.
- Natural Turf Hydration: Manage water budgets, adjust irrigation heads, and monitor coverage zones for optimal natural turfgrass health.
- Synthetic Field Systems: Operate and maintain specialized field-cooling irrigation systems, sanitization washdowns, and perimeter drainage clearings for the 4 synthetic turf layouts.
- Irrigation Lead: Take immediate charge of 2-wire system troubleshooting, wire fault tracing, digital decoder programming, and central controller optimization.
