Glenmoor Country Club is a premier private club located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village, just minutes from Belleview and I-25. Known for exceptional hospitality, vibrant member events, and high-quality cuisine, Glenmoor offers a unique culinary environment where team members can grow their skills while working alongside a passionate and professional kitchen team.
We are currently seeking a Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for an experienced cook who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to support kitchen leadership while helping guide day-to-day line operations.
This position supports upscale casual dining, patio service, golf events, and special member functions. During our clubhouse renovation, this role will operate out of a mobile kitchen trailer, requiring adaptability and a team-first mindset in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and execute high-quality menu items across multiple service areas
Lead and support line operations during service, ensuring timing, coordination, and quality standards are consistently met
Work across multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry, prep) and step in where needed to support service flow
Assist with expediting and maintain clear communication with front-of-house during service
Ensure all dishes leaving the line meet presentation and quality standards
Support training and mentorship of seasonal and junior kitchen staff
Monitor prep levels and communicate needs to culinary leadership
Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
Assist with inventory organization, prep planning, and station setup
Serve as a point person on the line in the absence of a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Glenmoor Country Club operates in a non-tipping environment. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.
Schedule Options:
Full-Time Seasonal : Up to 40 hours per week
Part-Time Seasonal : Under 30 hours per week
Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
Strong knife skills and advanced understanding of cooking techniques
Experience working multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry, prep)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen
Dependability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous line cook experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs.
Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment, including a mobile kitchen trailer setup
