Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Club in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Superintendent for our golf course. This role is essential in supporting the Superintendent in maintaining the course’s overall quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and irrigation systems, along with proven leadership skills to effectively supervise the maintenance team.
Requirements
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred to effectively lead a team.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to golf course development and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and tree care principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage irrigation systems efficiently.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about golf course management and landscape excellence. Join us in creating an exceptional golfing experience for our members and guests.
• Fluency is Spanish is a strong plus.
Compensation
$55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year.
