Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Experience in fine dining is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Uphold all health and safety regulations while providing excellent guest services.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in fine dining settings is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail during service.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
A proactive attitude towards helping guests and enhancing their dining experience.
