Food and Beverage Manager

Chartwell Golf and Country Club is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional for the role of Food and Beverage Manager. This mid-level management position offers significant opportunity for an individual with the desire to grow and develop within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, lead, and motivate a front-of-house staff of up to twenty employees, including servers, bartenders, and bussers. Ensure service excellence is achieved for all banquet operations, which encompass weddings, anniversaries, graduations, golf tournaments, and various other events. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage leadership team to maintain exceptional standards of member and guest experience. Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a club, resort, high-volume dining restaurant, or high-end hotel environment. Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team player while providing strong, motivational leadership. Must maintain a flexible schedule, with required availability during scheduled banquet and event times. Reporting and Compensation: The Food and Beverage Manager reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage, who provides essential guidance and support to ensure success in the role.
