Acushnet Company is seeking a Director, U.S. Golf Ball Sales to lead national sales strategy for Titleist and Pinnacle across all U.S. channels, guiding go-to-market plans and promotional programs to accelerate sell-in, sell-through, revenue, and profitability.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure launch and adoption of new golf ball products, manage forecasting, inventory, and budgets, and develop the field sales organization to win market share.
