RESPONSIBILITIES AND FOCUS
Creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests
Operating our POS system with accuracy
Knowledgeable of our menu in order to answer any questions a guest might have
Communicating clearly with our members and guests in order to ensure accurate orders
Setting up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up buffets
Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
Keeping glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
Performing cleaning tasks and breakdown of service after the Banquet
Must maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Adhere to grooming, appearance and dress standard
Complete daily housekeeping duties for the dining room and bar
Outgoing and engaging as we interact with members and guests
Work efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be available for days and some nights/weekends
Takes initiative
Previous experience preferred
Has excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Assist fellow employees to deliver quality service to our members and guests.
Previous waiter/waitress experience is favorable
High school diploma preferred
Must be 21
